AI-assisted, human-governed incident response system that cuts P1 outage response and resolution times in half. Eliminates triage slop, accelerates root cause analysis, enforces safe auditable remediation. Built on a fork of nopCommerce — Nop Solutions' open-source e-commerce platform (github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce) — used as the test bed for the response harness.
