About this project
An autonomous biomedical research agent that ingests papers from Semantic Scholar, PubMed, and arXiv and builds a live knowledge graph of genes, pathways, and diseases. Detects structural gaps, generates testable hypotheses with scored evidence, and produces funder-ready investment briefs with an exportable audit log. Submitted to the NextGen BioAgents Hackathon (Nucleate NY × Nebius, Jun 2026).
