About this project
A proactive surveillance agent that monitors genomic databases and literature nightly for patients with a genetic variant report (especially a VUS). Queries PubMed, ClinVar, and ClinicalTrials.gov, scores evidence with the ERAA framework, and notifies patients within 24 hours of critical findings in plain language. Submitted to the NextGen BioAgents Hackathon (Nucleate NY × Nebius, Jun 2026).
